The Early Childhood Oral Health Impact Scale (ECOHIS) as developed by Bhavana Talekar Pahel et al[1] was translated to Marathi language using the standard translation procedure. The original questionnaire has good psychometric properties. The researchers can utilize this Marathi version of the questionnaire for their study to assess the impact of caries experience on the child and family among the pre-school children.
